Tim has traveled extensively throughout the country, delivering inspiring speeches to high school seniors and young adults about the value and opportunities in trade careers—from welding and automotive to his specialty, roofing. His mission is clear: to bridge the critical skills gap by encouraging the next generation to embrace these essential professions.
